2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans (Basic, Pro, Premium). If you're not satisfied with ThinkDocu for any reason, simply request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date and we'll process a full refund, no questions asked.

3. Refunds After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service, which we were unable to resolve
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service outages that significantly impacted your ability to use ThinkDocu
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion

Refunds granted after 14 days may be partial or full, depending on the circumstances and duration of service used.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Subscription renewals (automatic or manual) after the initial 14-day period
  • Partial month subscriptions - refunds are not prorated for unused time
  • Change of mind after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Lack of use or failure to cancel before renewal
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms (subject to their refund policies)

6. Refund Processing Time

For refunds requested within the 14-day money-back guarantee period, once approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours or sooner.

For refunds requested after 14 days that are approved on a case-by-case basis, processing times may vary depending on the circumstances and will be communicated during the evaluation process.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Cancellations vs. Refunds

Please note the difference between cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing but allows you to use the service until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period.
  • Refund: Returns payment for the current billing period and typically results in immediate loss of access to paid features.

8. Free Plan

The Free plan is offered at no cost and therefore is not eligible for refunds. Users can downgrade from a paid plan to the Free plan at any time, but this does not constitute a refund.

Infinutech reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy when changes are made. Continued use of ThinkDocu after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
